Delegate’s registration fee covers admission
to all the sessions (workshops not included) and stated
conference meals (Morning Coffee/Tea, Lunch, Afternoon

transfer. However, only AOAA Founding Members can attend the
Business Meeting.
Accompanying Person’s registration fee covers admission to
the Cocktails and Dinner and one-way airport transfer.

Cancellation and Refund
No refunds
will be given for cancellations. However, transfer of
registration to a colleague is allowed upon written advice
and confirmation by the Conference Secretariat.

Letter of Invitation

official letter of invitation, which is intended as a
support document for administrative assistance in certain
countries, will be issued on request. Such a letter,
however, do not imply any commitment of financial or other
support from the Organizing Committee.
